What this is

A web-playable foundation: move, take cover, issue light squad orders, capture the cog plaza, extract. Bots-first vertical slice; live multiplayer architecture comes after the loop is proven.

Stack bias: web-first (HTML5 / Three.js path)
Scope: infantry MVP → mobile-ready systems → long-horizon console/PC ambition
Never marketed as AAA at the MVP stage
